Judicial Department Overview
The Commission's Judicial Department handles adjudication activities relating to Virginia workers' compensation disputes. The Department conducts evidentiary hearings, as well as on-the-record hearings. The Department processes all compromise settlement requests. The Department also offers mediation services.
